Terms of use
Updated 29 October 2026
These terms describe use of the Bricklayers Sydney enquiry and application website. Read the proposed contractor's written scope and terms separately before agreeing to any building or masonry work.
The website enquiry service
The website lets homeowners, builders and property managers send project details to the Bricklayers Sydney team for review. The team considers the location and work required, may request more information and can discuss an appropriate next step. Sending a form does not reserve a crew, award a contract or confirm a start date.
The platform does not guarantee a fixed number of quotes, an instant price, a particular response time or provider availability. A site assessment, drawings or design information may be needed before a firm scope can be priced.
Information and project scope
Provide accurate contact details and describe the work and property as clearly as you can. Include known access restrictions and relevant existing drawings or reports. Do not submit another person's information without appropriate authority or use the forms for misleading, abusive or unlawful content.
Website guides are general project-preparation information. They do not establish structural safety, specify a construction method for your property or replace appropriate design, planning or professional assessment. Confirm the requirements for the actual project before construction is arranged.
Appointing a contractor
Before appointing a bricklayer, check the contracting business, relevant licence details, current insurance and references for comparable work. Agree the work area, materials, visible finish, inclusions, exclusions, timing and payment terms in writing. Confirm who is responsible for design information and any required approvals.
Any contract for masonry work should identify the parties and the terms that apply to that work. A website enquiry or an admin allocation does not replace that agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
Bricklayer applications and activation
Businesses can apply with their experience, services, coverage and supporting information. The team reviews applications and may ask for clarification. Submission does not guarantee approval, activation, a public profile, enquiry allocation or a volume of work.
Coverage and service information should accurately reflect work the business can carry out and areas it can attend. Any commercial arrangement with a provider must be discussed and confirmed separately. The active website does not offer an online lead-purchase or profile-subscription checkout.
Enquiry records and communication
Enquiries are stored for admin review and follow-up, including the source and information supplied. Notification and routing records help the team track communication. A provider accepting an email does not establish that a person read it, accepted the project or agreed to a booking.
Contact the team using your original enquiry details if something needs correcting or adding. Phone and offsite messages are not automatically the same as a submitted website enquiry; confirm that the team has the information needed for follow-up.
Photographs, examples and feedback
Gallery images illustrate masonry work and details from the original website collection. Unless specifically stated with supporting information, they are not attributed to a particular suburb or individual provider. Ask a proposed contractor for references and examples of their own comparable work.
Illustrative testimonial examples are labelled as examples. They are not verified customer reviews or a basis for a star-rating claim. General examples and guides should be read in the context of your actual project and the information agreed with the contractor.
Website availability and updates
The website and its features may be updated or temporarily unavailable. If a form reports that an enquiry could not be saved, try again later or contact the team. Do not assume an error message confirms a submission or make repeated duplicate requests when the result is uncertain.
These terms may be updated when the website service changes. The date above identifies the version displayed. Use the contact details below to ask questions about the enquiry process or the information on this page.
Contact the team
Use the contact form or email hello@bricklayerssydney.com.au. Include enough information to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
