Privacy policy
Updated 29 October 2026
This policy describes information handled through the Bricklayers Sydney website and its team-managed enquiry and application process. The active website stores enquiries and applications in a private database; it does not operate a public customer-lead directory or an online lead-purchase subscription service.
Information you provide
A quote or contact enquiry can include your name, email, phone number, suburb, the work requested and your message. Where supplied, project details may include dimensions, budget, preferred timing, postcode and supporting information. Applications collect business and contact details, services, coverage, experience and the supporting documents requested by the form.
Provide information relevant to the enquiry or application. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in a general message. If documents contain information that is not needed, ask the team about an appropriate way to provide the relevant details.
How information is used
The team uses enquiry information to review the location and service required, contact you for clarification, discuss suitable next steps and maintain an accurate enquiry record. Application information is used to review a business, its services, coverage and supporting information before any activation decision.
Records can also include the submitting form, source page or URL, campaign parameters supplied by your visit, submission time, routing decisions, recorded recipients and email message identifiers. These details help the team understand the enquiry source and follow up on communication. They are not a guarantee of an email being read.
Sharing for enquiry follow-up
Enquiry details are available to authorised administrators. Where appropriate to follow up on the requested work, relevant contact and project details may be shared with a suitable bricklayer. Eligibility and coverage are reviewed by the team; applications do not become active automatically.
Customer enquiries are not published as a subscription contact-reveal board. Applicant documents are kept in private storage and accessed through authenticated admin controls. If the team needs additional information or another way to share documents, it can discuss that with you directly.
Database, email and hosting providers
The platform uses Supabase for database and related authentication/storage functions and Brevo for enquiry notifications, confirmations and email-history information. Hosting and other technical service providers process information needed to run the website. Provider processing locations depend on their services and configuration and may include locations outside Australia.
The active enquiry and application forms do not mirror submissions into Google Sheets or Google Drive. Optional CRM or analytics integrations require separate configuration. If additional processing is enabled, this description should be updated to reflect its actual use.
Website storage and measurement
Authentication uses browser/session information where needed for administrator access. Enquiry attribution can retain source URLs and campaign parameters provided during a visit. Optional analytics or enhanced location services depend on the integrations configured for the website.
Browser settings can control cookies and site storage, although blocking essential storage can affect sign-in or form behaviour. An optional integration being described in admin tools does not mean it is currently active.
Retention, access and corrections
Records are retained according to operational needs and applicable obligations. Earlier platform records may be retained for administration, history and recovery; retaining those records does not reactivate the retired public marketplace. Contact the team if information is inaccurate or you want it reviewed, corrected or removed, and it will consider the request and any applicable retention requirements.
The team may need enough information to verify and locate a request before making changes. If you have concerns about how information has been handled, raise them through the contact details below. Information about privacy rights and complaints is also available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Policy changes
The website may update this policy when its information handling changes. The update date above identifies the version displayed here. Review the policy when submitting new information, particularly if the platform introduces additional services or integrations.
